I...

... was supposed to be flying home, but due to IT environmental problems, I am still in R*I*O D*E J*A*N*E*I*R*O. Boy, computers (especially the server kind) can be very temperamental. But the IT Fairy passed by and everything is under control now.
I am back in my hotel room full of work to get done by tomorrow morning. I still have to pack to go home and the To Do list is just getting bigger.
Well, the good news is I found a after-construction cleaning company. It will take 2 days for them to clean my new house. So I won some time to find a housekeeper to help me. I know it looks like a luxury to most of my readers. But, when you have to travel almost every week, work 12 hours a day…it is a luxury I will have the pleasure to afford to myself.
But changing subjects, I am looking for a new book to read. I will stop by the bookstore at the airport tomorrow to buy something new.

Have a nice day,
Fabiola

PS: This post was supposed to be posted last night.

  1. Reading. That is one of the things I miss most about being a mother. I just don't have the time to sit down and snuggle up to a great book!

  3. There is a new Evonivich book out... I think you are smart to have someone clean up after construction... dry wall plaster dust is invasive... and not good to breath. Enjoy! Marilyn

  4. I don't envy your working hours, I remember those days, and yes a cleaning person is very valuable in those situations. I would love one know too.

  5. Hey Fabiola-

    Stopped by through Nora's site.

My wife put a book called "The Shack" on the nightstand for me to read. She said it was real good.
It is by William P Young.
